" If You have medical supplies such as injections that can assist someone to have a heart attack while they sleep, or If You have guns and bullets... there are always better choices to kill people humanely.  You are not suppose to be executing people while inflicting pain in their physical vessel or in their mind, such as using rape or hanging people, or beheading them with knives or swords,  or inflicting any horrific pain in their physical vessel before executing them ; the same principle is understood when it comes to slaughtering live stock, god did not give any human male or female permission to torture lower animals such as cows or pigs. God did not give permission to anyone to torture other human beings or other extra terrestrial race. Extra terrestrials,  human beings and lower animals feel pain and they all have a soul. 

It is understood that god is mercy personified, he is the most merciful Ar-Raḥmān Ar-Raḥīm  The Most Loving,  Al-Wadūd exceedingly forgiving Al-Ghafūr It is also understood that he is also merciless and cruel Al-Muntaqim when it comes to karmic retribution.  No human being male or female should be playing god by continuing to torture lower animals such as cows or camels in slaughterhouses. No human being be it female or male should be torturing lower animals before executing them! 

Moreover, You can also exile people who do not agree with the way that a government is  being managed to other places such as Colombia, Bolivia, Peru, El Salvador, Costa Rica, South Africa, Russia... There are so many ways to handle people that do not think the same way you do. Do Not Use Torture in any way shape of form.

Human beings should do everything possible to avoid inflicting pain on other living entities in every way possible, in order to have endless prosperity and spiritual evolution to higher planets such as the Brahmayoti," the kingdom of god" I wish I could change this fact of life but it is written in our holy books! You can assist people and lower animals to die in a very humane way, such is the very legal and humane practice of Euthanasia.. 

Suicide will not keep a soul stock in this reality,  intentionally hurting other living entities  will. God will reject and He will avenge  Al-Muntaqim, any intentional  use of torture at the mercy of human beings, that are currently using  gang rape or rape, hangings, beheadings, experimenting with the human body or the bodies of lower animals such as monkeys, crocodiles, snakes, in the process of fulfilling material desires, or god will avenge Al-Muntaqim the use of torture   while human males or females are assisting someone or something to die when executing them!
