On November 11th, 2025. I went to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bogota Colombia for a very simple and easy to process renewal of the Colombian Passport with all the documents that I needed to provide the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs such as the National Colombian ID card (Cedula) as well as the expired Old Colombian Passport, and additional documents such as my Colombian birth certificate. ( that I did not need to show them in order to process the renewal of the Colombian passport)
The Colombian passport should have been processed Tuesday, November 11th, 2025. However, I was psychologically manipulated, ('given the run around' ) by the Ministry Of Foreign Affair's a government agency that is notorious for it's personnel's unethical hostile conduct that consists of merciless psychological bullying of the very hardworking tax paying native Colombian citizens. Bullying consisting of public humiliation, intimidation, harassment, persecution and exploitation. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs' staff, literally enjoys bullying the very hardworking tax paying native Colombian citizens and this agency's workers, even laugh and think is funny to humiliate, intimidate and harass the native Colombian citizens that apply or need to renew Colombian passports, the staff's hostile and unethical behavior has been acknowledge and recognized by several people including myself. In the recent past while accompanying a family member for a Colombian passport renewal, I personally witnessed the inhumane and cruel treatment of a group of hardworking tax paying native Colombian citizens that needed to renew their passport. Citizens Of Colombia that currently reside in the United States Of America, that were psychologically abused by the Ministry Of Foreign Affair's staff in this case Colombian government personnel working at the Embassy Of Colombia in Washington, D.C. USA. The Building is located at 1724 Massachusetts Avenue NW on Embassy Row.
I am going to visit the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs again, in Bogota Colombia 11/12/2025 . The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs ordered me to provide my elderly mother's Colombian National ID foto. Image of the back and front of the ID card or the Death Certificate of my biological father (that I never meet) who has been dead for over 30 years. At the request of the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, I went to one of the Registrar's office in Bogota, Colombia and my deceased father's death certificate does NOT appear in the Colombian registry. Moreover, Neither of the documents that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bogota Colombia ordered me to provide in order for them to renew the Colombia Passport were listed on their website as requirements for a renewal of a Colombian Passport.
I was intimidated and threatened by the Foreign Ministry of Bogota Colombia ( paraphrasing) if I don't provide either of these documents the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs in Bogota Colombia will not process the Colombian Passport. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will deny me the right to travel to another country. Fortunately, my elderly mother who lives in Maryland, USA suffering from dementia and from the decease of alcoholism, did not loose her Colombian National ID . I asked my disabled mentally unstable mother to take fotos of her Colombian National ID card and to send the pictures over to me via WhatsUp. I, Proceeded to print the fotos of both sides of my mother's Colombian National ID card and printed two copies of both sides of my elderly mother's Colombian National ID card ( Cedula) at a local printing shop in Bogota Colombia.
On Wednesday, November. 12, 2025 I will be returning to the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs in Bogota Colombia with the additional document of the images of the back and the front foto of my elderly mother's Colombian National ID Card ( Cedula) that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has order me to provide as the only additional requirement for the renewal of the Colombian Passport .
A customer service agent by the name of "Pablo" a man that works for The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs in Bogota Colombia assure me that I have an open appointment until the 14th of November to provide the additional document. What this means is that I can go into the The ministry Of Foreign Affairs building at any time before the 14th of November to provide the document. The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs in Bogota Colombia will not let my escort and good trusted friend Daisy Correa come inside the building to serve as a witness of any further potential psychological bullying, harassment and intimidation at the mercy of these people More later..
